HBProTM is a behaviour assessment tool comprising various models that reliably helps individuals holistically understand their interpersonal styles in the context of typical work situations. HBProTM not only embraces the work of Carl Jung and his insight on personality types but also more recent professionals including Dr Daniel Goleman’s model for Emotional Intelligence.
The basic version of the tool means that individuals answer questions about themselves. The report represents their own view and is based on their answers. To get a true reflection of how an individual comes across to others, the HBProTM 360 entails three colleagues completing a complimentary questionnaire.
