I will be talking about the strategic challenges for retailers and brand manufacturers as they develop their private brands using collaborative platforms for private label management.
The Consumer Goods Forum
I facilitated the recent meeting in Amsterdam for their Sustainability Measurement Working Group which is considering how to achieve convergence on the measurement of the environmental impact of the production and supply of consumer goods.

I am working with two clients on their how they manage their people. This includes creating reference material, training their managers and facilitating team meetings to support change.
