• Sydney Hart Ltd and the Sustainable Trade Initiative (Netherlands): I am working with both these clients on their how they manage their people. This includes designing the leadership process, creating reference material, training their managers and facilitating team meetings to support change.
• Sydney Hart Ltd, UK: I work with the Directors to support technical strategic planning and quality management. The company is a major supplier of apples and pears to the UK retailers.
